If you are repeating CHEM 102 had obtained a lab average of 85 or above you may not have to repeat the lab.  See your instructor for such permission.  It is your responsibility to have your previous instructor/professor provide your current professor with this grade.  The previous grade will be averaged with your current lecture grade in determining your current them CHEM 102 final grade.   Quizzes are given in the individual laboratories at the discretion of your instructor.

*  Dr Jackson class will have a lab final exam given during a lecture period at the end of the semester.

No open-toed shoes or sandals are allowed in the laboratory.  Caution should be used if you wear nice clothes as some chemicals cause stains or holes in clothing materials.  If you have long flowing hair, pull it back with an elastic band. GOGGLES WILL BE WORN AT ALL TIMES IN THE LABORATORY.  You will not be allowed in the lab without goggles.  No exceptions!  Goggles are available from the bookstore and safety glasses ($5.00) are available from the ACS affiliates via Dr. Crouse at Foster Hall, Room 313.
