Dr. Mohr's current research interests involve the multi-scale characterization of portland cement-based materials. These aspects include chemical and physical durability, microstructure, and chemistry of cement-based materials, early-age behavior of cement and concrete, fiber-reinforced concrete, supplementary cementitious materials, and novel material characterization/analytical techniques.

I am always looking for qualified undergraduate and graduate students to help perform research. Graduate students should have an interest in and experience with cement-based materials, materials science and engineering, and/or chemistry.
