I joined the Tennessee Tech faculty in 1995 after completing my Ph.D. at Florida State University. Prior to that, I worked eight years in the information systems development field working for private firms, state governments, and the U.S. Air Force. I am married to my lovely wife Susan and have two wonderful children - Hannah and Emily. We enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, cycling, and hiking.
