[Setup.exe] - Windows Installer
This program requires that the java runtime be installed either
as a plug-in for execution within the browser or as a runtime for execution in
application mode. This runtime must be version 1.4 or above. Click
below to download the Java runtime for free from Sun Microsystems. Execute
the installer and follow instructions.
 
To install, download the compressed pc.rar file above and
unzip into an empty directory on your computer. Double click the
pc.bat file and the program will start if the Java runtime has been
installed. See the help menu for further information.
Alternately, you may run the applet version, if the Java
plug-in 1.4+ is installed and enabled on your browser. Just click
