Contract for MUS 3210: Instrumentation

All students must return this course contract to Dr. Hauser at the beginning of the second day of class.

  1. I have read the syllabus for MUS 3210: Instrumentation and I understand the attendance and grading policies of this course as explained in that document.

  2. I will check my TTU e-mail address, voice mail, and the course website daily. I will be responsible for making sure that my e-mail mailbox does not become full so that I can receive any messages sent to me by my professors through course distribution lists. Students are expected to check e-mail and the course website on a frequent and regular basis in order to stay current with University-related communications, recognizing that certain communications may be time-critical. Regular e-mail management will also minimize the risk that the inbox will be full, causing the e-mail to be returned to the sender with an error. Undeliverable messages returned because of either a full inbox or use of a "spam" filter will be considered delivered without further action required of the University.

  3. I have purchased my own copies of all of the materials for this course or I have arranged to share materials with another student in a manner that will guarantee that I have enough time with them to be fully prepared for every class, homework assignment, quiz, and exam.
