Jerome
Neapolitan received his doctorate in Sociology from the University of Illinois,
Chicago in 1977.
He is currently a Professor of Sociology at Tennessee Technological
University. The courses he teaches
most frequently are: Juvenile Delinquency, Social Deviance, Social Psychology,
and Internship courses.
He also has created online versions of Juvenile Delinquency, Social Deviance,
Social Psychology, and
Sociology of Childhood for the Regents Online Degree Program, and teaches two of
these each semester.
He has published over fifty articles, book chapters, book reviews, and
encyclopedia entries, and one book
"Cross-National Crime: A Research Review and Sourcebook" Greenwood Press, 1997.
