Information for
Physics Majors Concerning Advisement
Before I will provide you your registration codes, I must meet with you
to discuss your proposed courses for next semester. I recommend
that you come up with a tentative schedule before you come to meet with
me. During that meeting, we will both sign an advisement form to
provide a record of our discussions. If you want to tentatively
fill out that form before coming to discuss your proposed courses with
me, that is fine. It is available below.
