This lab session is
about basic use of the microscope and comprises three exercises. In exercise 7–1, you will work with your instructor
to learn the basics of microscope use. Exercise 7–2 allows you to practice
these techniques. Then, in exercise 7-3, you will use your new skills to observe
and identify some of the myriad life forms in a drop of pond water.
