Onyx was awarded Reserve Best Opposite Maturity at the 2003 SE Futurity, so she started her show career with a BANG!  She is shown above taking Second Open at the 2003 GSD National Specialty.  Although Onyx was bred here at KcK, and is still owned by us, she also has a co-owner (Peggy Kurz).  She is currently living with Peggy.  Her handler and friend is Linda Bankhead.  Onyx would like to thank Peggy, Linda and all of the wonderful people who cheered her on at the Futurity and the National!  Onyx finished her championship in June 2004.  She was bred to Ch. Campaigner's Honor Guard, OFA, (aka "Packy") and delivered seven beautiful pups on January 30, 2005, at Peggy's home in Georgia.  Two of the several future stars from this litter can be seen by clicking here.
