It's still a little scary looking at the x-rays, but they sure
look a hell of a lot
better than a year ago. It's amazing to see how the bone has bulked
up,
which is apparently it's way of making up for residual internal weakness
from the slow-healing fractures. Also, it is apparent that the bulking-up of
the bone
has occurred right where the bone grafts were placed. Thank
goodness for bone grafts, and the surgeons who know how to use them.
