45 minutes later. It's amazing how
fast people showed up after Tim called 911 on
his cell phone,
although my sense of time may be flawed. First to arrive were the
park rangers, then several local volunteer fire department
personnel, then the
EMTs (with very effective medication). Finally, the Sparta/White County
Rescue Squad arrived a little after this image was shot.
