Digital Photography I travel quite a bit, primarily through the western United States in the summer. I have always kept a thorough photographic record, but before digital photography those images were essentially just snapshots. I was not trying to be a photographer. Now, the digital revolution gives us great freedom to explore composition and expression with immediate results, allowing a quick series of adjusted exposures, each built on the previous one. I am looking for a true sense of place, time, and atmosphere. These are simple scenic views. I just want a well-composed image that captures the subject effectively. I welcome constructive feedback.
