In-State rates require Tennessee residency.  For out-of-state students, in-state residency may be permanently earned only by being employed in a job at least 30 hours per week for one year.  
Craft Center Housing
$650 per semester, double occupancy, $1300 per semester, single occupancy.  Housing security deposit of $50 is additional and will be refunded after satisfactory final room inspection.  Students residing in housing are required to take at least 6 credit hours.  


Craft Center Housing Units

* TTU fees consist of maintenance fee, debt service fee, student activity fee, student government fee, and technology access fee.
